Fresh Oil is an outreach of Grace Family Church in Rockford, IL, and pastor Keith Manley.   Grace Family Church was founded by Pastor Keith Manley on June 10th of 1984, and celebrated 40 years of ministry on June 10, 2024.

Grace Family Church is an interdenominational church with a heart to reach our world for the kingdom of God.

Pastor Keith Manley became a Christian at the age of 8 years old, and began his ministry touring in Christian music.  At the age of 17, Keith signed as a recordingn artist with QCA Records in Cincinatti and  was produced by Chuck Seitz, senior engineer at RCA's studio B in Nashville.    Keith has recorded over 10 albums, and has also produced a number of Christian artists.  

His songs have been recorded by a variety of artists in both Contemporary and Southern Gospel Genres.  His song "Spirit Eyes" topped the charts in 1987, and his song "Cry Of The Little One", was featured at "The Return" in Washington DC, September 2020.

Keith has been involved in both Christian Television with his program Fresh Oil, and now has returned to Christian Radio with his daily 15 minute program "Fresh Oil".

Keith  lives in Rockford, IL with his wife Cathy.
